Shipping and Handling
Product Description
Since we offer local Littleton, Colorado pickup, every attempt will be made to save on shipping and handling costs! If shipping is requested or required, we offer, the complete suite of services provided from the US Postal Service. Depending upon your needs and desire, we are able to ship overnight, 2-3 business day or Flat rate ground. We offer insurance (optional) and delivery confirmation numbers for all shipments. Please choose your preference when placing your order by selecting the appropriate option next to the item description.
If warranty replacement issues occur, we will gladly replace the cover, free of charge, but will charge the appropriate shipping charges to get the cast cover to you.
(ALL RETURNS MUST BE ASSIGNED AN RMA # AND MUST REACH OUR OFFICES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE) Please give us a call for an RMA number if you need to return a product for reasons due to a manufacturers defect.
Incorrect sizes are required to be returned within 14 days, for full credit. Again, an RMA # is required.
All products should be tested to ensure proper fit away from water contact. Once water contact occurs, Cast Covers Now, LLP is not able to accept product returns or exchanges. This is due to sanitary concerns. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions about product fit or purpose, please contact us directly so that we may advise you based on your individual situation.
The only exception to this policy is in cases of manufacturer's product defect which is most likely evident upon first inspection of any product. Sizing issues, quantity purchased and choice of product are not considered manufacturer defects.
Each product includes its own set of operating instructions, whether on the packaging or in an insert contained within the packaging. Any questions regarding size or fit should be addressed prior to putting the product in contact with the water (shower, bath, pool, etc), for the first time. This ensures that you will not risk getting the cast/bandage or PICC line item wet, that you are trying to protect, unnecessarily.
For multiple orders we will combine shipping and handling (if applicable) for the entire order.
